Steve - Thank you for speaking with me yesterday. I want to again apologize for the way my staff handled the situation with your navigation system. I am glad the warranty company agreed to pay for your claim. I only wish they would have made that decision when your car was in our shop. Having said that, my staff and I are going to learn from this experience and work to improve our processes based on your feedback. I do value your business and I want you to always be satisfied when your leave our store. Please do not hesitiate to contact me directly in the future if you decide to give us another chance at earning your business and your trust. I am confident you will be satisfied. Thanks again for your time. Sincerely - Andrew Wright

Mr. Gollatz - As a follow up to our telephone conversation, I want to again apologize for the customer treatment concerns you expressed to me on the phone and in this posting. I will be addressing those concerns with my staff members. As for the failed inspection, the tear in the bushing that my technician found was in his opinion not safe enough to pass your vehicle. Inspection criteria are objective yet they are enforced by individuals who are subjective by nature. The ulimate responsibility for the inspection result falls on the licensed technician, not the service center. My tech was not comfortable signing his name on your inspection sticker for fear that a failure of the part in question would occur resulting in possible revokation of his license should he be deemed responsible. I can assure you that it is not our practice to fail vehicles that are passable. The four previous inspections we did on your vehicle all resulted in a passing grade. Again, I want to apologize for the manner this information was conveyed to you. Please contact me any time if you have any concerns. We really appreciate your business. - Andrew Wright, Vice President
