True story, I was just over to Lehigh Valley Honda for oil change, I pulled into the bay, and stepped inside for a hot, fresh cup of coffee. I got through about half the cup, and mike informed me that my oil change, I pulled into the bay, and stepped inside for a hot, fresh cup of coffee. I went there just to browse, asked to see any kind of suv. I told mike the price I was willing to pay. He showed me a bunch of cars on his lot,I really didn't see anything for me, so I thanked him and wa suv. I told mike the price I was willing to pay. My wife and I bought our 2005 Honda Pilot in 2005 from the dealership and decided to give the Service department a try. We've been dealing with Sam who has outstanding customer service! Everytime we have scheduled maintenance, Sam is very accomodating and gets us a loaner car. We are looking for a new car this year, another Honda. Since we were bringing the Pilot up for scheduled maintenance we asked Sam if he could set us up with a 2010 Honda Accord and wholah it's done! This type of customer focus is rarely seen in car dealerships and especially service departments. This is why we are loyal customers of Lehigh Valley Honda. We live over an hour away from the dealership and refuse to go anywhere else to have our Pilot serviced. I totally recommend Lehigh Valley Honda to anyone for both purchasing their new or used vehicle and for keeping their vehicle maintenanced after the purchase. My wife and I came into the dealership to look at the Chevy Equinox that was listed in Thursday's paper but we could not find it on the lot. One of the dealers from the other dealership introduced us to Chevy Equinox that was listed in Thursday's paper but we could not find it on the lot. One of the dealers from the other dealership introduced us to Pete so he had tried to locate the Equinox for us. He looked it up and told us that in didn't pass the safety test so use had shipped it out and would not sell it so he took us out side to look at other cars that may interest us and we came across the 08 Chevy HHR wich we like. Pete started to take our information to get us financed and worked wonders for us. We are very happy with the car we purchased and with the way Pete handled everything.
