I had purchased a car from the previous Saturn Dealer down the street. That salesman was terrible, he tried to pull a couple fast ones on me. I was just walking on the lot when I saw this car, a black mustang. I really had no intention to buy a car that day, but when I saw this car I wanted it. Came in for a oil change and maintenance work, lucky to be the only one in the bay. I was greeted quickly and they got right to work on my car. The only drawback was my misunderstanding that my "coupons" paid for my maintenance. I know now they only give me a discount and the price I paid was a bargain considering all they did, so I'm not complaining. I was just a bit surprised that there was a charge. But like I said, I know now and it will not deter me from returning. I trust they will do the best for my vehicle and their friendly service makes it worth the drive. More

I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service I received. I normally used Piazza of Pottstown, but could never seem to get the recalls done. Overall experience was good! We traveled over an hour to purchase our 2010 Accord EX-L from LVH. They beat the competitor price by $200! This was our second new car from them.
