Usually it is a terrible chore to purchase a car. Some agents play games and are evasive about coming to the bottom line. It can be very exasperating and time consuming. We were considering purchasing a Kia because it seemed to be more affordable. My husband and I are retired, on limited income, but with an excellent credit rating. I was dreading the often prolonged interaction with the agent. But, Tito Torres worked patiently with us, was very forthright and honest. He was friendly and professional, as are ALL your employees. It was refreshing to do business with Lehigh Valley Honda. We decided to purchase a Honda Civic and are delighted with the vehicle! Honda vehicles are sleek, attractive, very dependable and first class, as is the Lehigh Valley Honda dealership. It was great doing business with people who are well informed, friendly, and competent....rare qualities these days. We moved to this area 6 years ago, and if and when we need another car, we will definitely go back to Lehigh Valley Honda. More
This dealership has continuously exceeded my expectations over the last 8 years. I bought four new tires two weeks ago, and I was washing my car this weekend. I took it back to Lehigh Valley Honda, and as a goodwill gesture, they replaced the tire for me at no charge. Everyone that I deal with are professional and experienced. Two Thumbs Up! More

Initially Heather told me that my car would not be ready until 5 pm. When I told her I needed it done between 3 and 4 pm she said no problem and wrote when I needed my car done on my form. I drive a 2009 orange Honda Fit so my visits to LHVH are infrequent. When "Gina" does need a little attention, I don't hesitate to drive an hour in the opposite direction of my local Honda dealer in Lansda infrequent. When "Gina" does need a little attention, I don't hesitate to drive an hour in the opposite direction of my local Honda dealer in Lansdale because, I know that I and my "Gina" will be taken care of (the right way) at LHVH's service department. I have just purchased my 4th Honda. The first 2 were private and the last 2 from Vinart. All 4 Honda's have been serviced at this dealership due to the quality of the work performed, genuine Honda part private and the last 2 from Vinart. Because I prefer to bring my Honda's to Vinart for service and the convenience of its location, I was glad I was able to negotiate a fair price for my 2008 Accord and continue to rely on the Vinart Service department. Mike was a great salesman, very cordial and no pressure. I spent quite a bit of time with Mike the day I bougt the Accord. The only issue I had was the business office was under staffed that day so it took longer than normal to handle the paper work. I'm very pleased with my 08 Accord and look forward to continue getting a high level of service from the Vinart team. Randy More
