The service team at Lehigh Valley Honda is extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. During my last visit they were very thorough in explaining my cars needed repairs and service, as well as professional, courteous and knowledgeable. During my last visit they were very thorough in explaining my cars needed repairs and service, as well as pin-pointing the cost and finishing the repairs in a timely fashion. I've been to many service departments in my 30 years of driving and Lehigh Valley Honda is by far the best. More
I brought my car in on 1/26/11 to be inspected. I left the car there and they were to call me with any costs that would arise. Well, the first call I got, I was told it would cost me $1,000.00 before my c the car there and they were to call me with any costs that would arise. Well, the first call I got, I was told it would cost me $1,000.00 before my car could pass inspection. It needed control arm bushing, serpentine belt and new brake pads. I said I couldn't afford all that and I asked if it all had to be done to pass or could something wait till a later date. I was told "no", it all had to be done to pass. I said I'd call back with an answer. Well, after about 20 minutes, they called me back and said I could just get the brake pads done and it would cost about $500.00. I became suspicious of their estimates and after a while I was then told they could do the brakes for 1/2 the price. Well, after seeing how many times they changed, I knew they were making up the rules as they went on. I decided to go somewhere else with my car, but when I picked it up I was told it passed the emissions test. When I brought it to another mechanic, I noticed there was no "passed" sticker for the emissions test. When my new mechanic looked it up on the internet it didn't even show the test was performed. So I called Honda and I was told they probably didn't do the test and just said they did that's why there was no sticker. THEY OUTRIGHT LIED TO ME! My new mechanic also showed me the test he did on my brake pads and said they didn't even need to be replaced, I didn't need a new control arm bushing or serpentine belt. I was very discouraged by all the lies they had been telling me. I have been going to Lehigh Honda for about 5 years now and I will never go back. I always trusted them so much. I then spoke to the Manager, Brett McCabe about the whole situation and he said he needed to look into the matter and get back to me the next day. Well, he NEVER got back to me. Now I wonder if they lied to me the first time I went there 5 years ago. They told me then I needed new brakes because mine were "after market" brakes. Well, I bought the car brand new from a Honda dealer in New Jersey, so I didn't understand why that would happen. Now I know how, Lehigh Honda must have lied to me back then. More
The only issue: they continue to insist on recommending oil changes at 3,500-5,000 miles, while Honda (in a promo mailed to me by LV Honda!) says "follow the maintenance minder" electronic monitor and noti oil changes at 3,500-5,000 miles, while Honda (in a promo mailed to me by LV Honda!) says "follow the maintenance minder" electronic monitor and notification. LV Honda give no explanation why -- they just throw it to the customer to figure it out. Go figure, indeed! Honda and its dealers need to get on the same page with this one. More
I bought a Certified Pre-0wned Accord from LV Honda in December 2010. I am extremely pleased with the purchase experience and the car, but I recently noticed a worrisome non-mechanical problem with the ca December 2010. I am extremely pleased with the purchase experience and the car, but I recently noticed a worrisome non-mechanical problem with the car. I thought the problem might be covered under the dealer warranty, but since I wasn't sure, I called Dave Chevez, the sales person I worked with when I bought the car. I described the problem to Dave and asked him who I could talk to at the dealership to have the problem corrected. I was very pleasantly surprised when Dave had me bring the car directly to him to have the problem resolved. I dropped the car off with Dave and within a few hours the problem was corrected to my complete satisfaction. Dave even arranged for me to use another car while mine was being repaired. This was a level of service after sale that I think is very hard to find. My thanks to Dave Chevez and whoever else at LV Honda was involved in resolving my problem. More

We went in to buy a new 2010 Honda Fit in February 2011. My husband did some research prior to our visit to the dealership, and had had several dealers vying for the best price along with the best incentive My husband did some research prior to our visit to the dealership, and had had several dealers vying for the best price along with the best incentives and financing. We decided on a different dealer, but because we believe in supporting local businesses if possible, we stopped into Lehigh Valley Honda. Tito Torres helped us out, since our original contact person had gone home for the day. Tito was incredibly helpful, and patient with us. We wanted to trade in a leased car that we thought had some equity on it, put some cash down on the vehicle, and buy an older model year. Tito negotiated a really great deal for us with upper management. He also gave us some insights into things in other ways. For example, he suggested that only my husband's name by on the title for the vehicle, that way if he ever got into an accident, only my husband could be sued, because my name wouldn't be attached to the vehicle. He told us a few other helpful things that we had never heard before. More
Usually it is a terrible chore to purchase a car. Some agents play games and are evasive about coming to the bottom line. It can be very exasperating and time consuming. We have owned a Honda Accord for agents play games and are evasive about coming to the bottom line. It can be very exasperating and time consuming. We have owned a Honda Accord for 9 years and wanted to purchase a new car, but thought we could not afford a Honda anymore. We were considering purchasing a Kia because it seemed to be more affordable. My husband and I are retired, on limited income, but with an excellent credit rating. I was dreading the often prolonged interaction with the agent. But, Tito Torres worked patiently with us, was very forthright and honest. He was friendly and professional, as are ALL your employees. It was refreshing to do business with Lehigh Valley Honda. We decided to purchase a Honda Civic and are delighted with the vehicle! Honda vehicles are sleek, attractive, very dependable and first class, as is the Lehigh Valley Honda dealership. It was great doing business with people who are well informed, friendly, and competent....rare qualities these days. We moved to this area 6 years ago, and if and when we need another car, we will definitely go back to Lehigh Valley Honda. More
This dealership has continuously exceeded my expectations over the last 8 years. I bought four new tires two weeks ago, and I was washing my car this weekend. I noticed a screw was in the sidewall of the t over the last 8 years. I bought four new tires two weeks ago, and I was washing my car this weekend. I noticed a screw was in the sidewall of the tire. I took it back to Lehigh Valley Honda, and as a goodwill gesture, they replaced the tire for me at no charge. Everyone that I deal with are professional and experienced. Two Thumbs Up! More
