From the front service technicians to the Express Lube (Mike) as well as parts(Scotty), they all seem to carry the same value of genuineness and courtesy. They have always performed their work with integrity and it is quite nice to have management stand behind their warranties. I took my car in to replace the timing belt for the second time (my car has 215,000 miles on it) and to asess the condition of the car.
