This is by far my favorite dealership to get my car serviced. The service people are always friendly, have a lot of information and give accurate time estimates. On this occasion, I got to my appointment early and was taken care of immediately. Every time I visit this dealership it is a quick and painless process. The price is what to be expected from a luxury dealership, but they don't try to upsell me or offer services I don't need. I also really like the fact that they call 10 minutes before the car is ready because I usually spend my waiting time at the diner down the road, so I know when to start making my way back. Overall, this is by far the best Acura dealership I've been to for service. More

Mustafa really does seem to go above and beyond to ensure great service and customer satisfaction. I rated the price as just 4 (good) because the pricing seems about normal.
