I had a costly issue with my vehicle that was out of warranty and was uncertain what my next step would be. Brian, who is always friendly, accepted my MDX on very short notice, so that I could drive on a long trip the next day. I am very pleased with the service I have received at this dealership. I take my MDX there for regular maintenance and have never been disappointed. One time my oil change took longer than expected, about 1 1/2 hours, which I didn't realize because I was sitting in their comfortable waiting room watching TV. The manager apologized for the wait and told me I wasn't going to be charged for the service because it took so long and my car was also washed and vaccumed when it was returned. It may not seem like a big deal, but it was very much appreciated and the great customer service will keep me coming back. More
