I have been coming to this dealership for the past 6 years after having bought my TL there. Not a typical sales experience - yes they want to sell you cars, but one gets the feeling that they are lookin years after having bought my TL there. Not a typical sales experience - yes they want to sell you cars, but one gets the feeling that they are looking to establish a long term relationship with you for additional car sales, referrals and service appointments. Being in sales myself, I understand the value of relationships and clearly so does the management here. And they get to know you. Its the kind of place you want to do business with. As someone who only dealer services their cars, the attention to detail paid is very gratifying. The only negative is that while they do fully inform me of that is happening with my car, I sometimes have a bit of sticker shock when it comes to the repair services. However recognizing that, the service group always seems to do one or two things for me that is a value add, reducing my 'shock' and re-enforcing that my decision to have work done there was correct. I will tell you that both service managers I've worked with Rex, then Mustapha are amazing - dealership gold. I am beginning to start to consider my next car, and will be certainly working with Margaret to explore the new Acura line-up. Like the rest of the team, she's personable, knowledgable, and one doesn't get the high pressure sales approach from her. Unfortunately not sure I will be purchasing an Acura next, which will be sad for me. Love the dealership, not thrilled with the new Acura designs though. Honda needs to reconsider the terms sleek and elegant in defining their luxury cars. Maybe when I'm ready, the model line up will have taken a different design aesthetic. More

Stopped by on a Saturday morning to purchase a headlight bulb for my RDX, not knowing that the type was very specialied and expensive. Mustafa let me know this and also that the bulb was covered under warra bulb for my RDX, not knowing that the type was very specialied and expensive. Mustafa let me know this and also that the bulb was covered under warranty and directed me to Wayne. Wayne brought the car in right away and resolved my issue, though i didn't have an appointment and at no charge! The sales experience was very good here, but the service experiences will ensure I'll continue to be a repeat customer! More

Took my car right away. Service was done at the time they said it would be. I had coupons which they used to bring down the service fees. Gave me a car to run some errands.Very friendly and willing to help said it would be. I had coupons which they used to bring down the service fees. Things I was disappointed with, upon my return I had a few minutes to wait but the waiting area was overly crowded, not much room to sit or even stand. Also, I would like to see at least one day of evening service hours. Overall, I good experience each time we take our car in for service. Very pleased with the dealership and our Acura! More
So far I have been very pleased with the level of assistance that this dealership provided. I needed new tires and a "B126" servicing. If I am ever in the market for a new Acura, this is definitely the dealership I would use. There is never any pressure to do any "unnecessary" maintainance. My son is an elite mechanic for Mercedes Benz in Baltimore and when I had taken my car in to a NJ dealership for a routine oil change, they told me I had to have the a/c checked for $75.00. I called him first, and he said it was just unnecessary. The car only had 35,000 miles on it. Yup, this is my dealership of choice! More
Even tho the drive from Toms River, NJ is over 2 hours it is worth it. The service from this dealer is excellent. I am a former resident of PA now living in NC. My mom lives in Toms River so when I visit her is worth it. The service from this dealer is excellent. I am a former resident of PA now living in NC. My mom lives in Toms River so when I visit her I also take my 06 tsx to LVA when service is needed. My car now has almost 124,000 problem free miles thanks to them. Highly recommended. More
