This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle at a dealership and i feel really good about it! Charlie was very nice and helpful and i love my new (to me) car! From foot first entering the door to completing the lease of a new vehicle, this group of professionals made obtaining a new vehicle a pleasurable experience. I was very pleased in my experience when purchasing a new truck. Everyone that I came in contact with was efficient and courteous. I was driving a rental car and the staff at Performance Toyota went our of truck. Everyone that I came in contact with was efficient and courteous. I was driving a rental car and the staff at Performance Toyota went our of their way to help me return the rental vehicle so I could take delivery of my vehicle without the hassle of involving a second family member. I also ordered accessories to be ordered and installed at a later date by the service department. This was completed as promised with minimal disruption of my schedule. More
Stopped in to just get some pricing on a new 2010 Prius, wasn't really looking to buy right then,but got a good price-great financing. They went the extra mile to make sure we got the car we wanted. It was cold out and they brought cars into the shop so we could look at them side by side. I went in for a free oil change to test the service department and was thoroughly satisfied. As others have commented they did just what I asked them and did not try to sell unneeded services. I enjoyed working with Scott who listened to me very carefully and was friendly as was the Sales folks I met on the floor while I waited. I had an intermittent problem with my radio and they ordered a new one no questions asked unlike the dealer I purchased the vehicle from. Since I moved to KC I have not met a dealership that I enjoy working with and thus have bought vehicles while on business in Minneapolis and Chicago. I will definitely shop Performance for our next new car! More

I was only shopping for a used car and really didn't plan to buy when I went in. I had seen a trade-in offer in the paper and didn't want that brand, so thought I would look at other offers. I picked Perfo to buy when I went in. I had seen a trade-in offer in the paper and didn't want that brand, so thought I would look at other offers. I picked Performance because I had a friend who had bought a car there last year after going to two other Toyota dealers in KC. The other dealers didn't seem to care that this was a serious inquiry for a purchase. So I had looked online at used cars on the Performance web site and called in. Ty answered my questions and invited me in to look this car over. I went in that evening after work and he showed me the car, invited me to drive it, and talked about the trade. I told him about my horrible experience purchasing a new car twenty years ago and how it took the joy out of it for me. I think he heard me. And I think they needed to sell a car because they offered me what I wanted for my trade. And Matt worked hard to get me a lower interest rate that beat my own credit union rate. He also was able to reduce the price of the warranty I wanted. This experience at Performance Toyota was over the top for me. These guys were polite and brought the joy of buying a car home to me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your dealership to family and friends. More
Everybody was as nice as could be. They did an inspection of my wife's 4Runner, and agreed that it only needed the work that I asked for. My 2007 Camry experienced a major malfunction Thursday, February 12. The car was towed to Performance Toyota service department the next morning. The service department immediately assessed the problem, repaired the car and was ready for us to drive the same afternoon. Under normal circumstances I would expect a three day turn-around and with the number of recall repairs the service department personnel are expected to perform I was expecting to wait a week before my car was repaired. Certainly not the same day the car was towed to the dealership. Not only was the malfunction was repaired but they even completed all of the recall repairs, to boot. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional in every way. My wife and I do not have our cars serviced and repaired anywhere else and we know where we will buy our new cars, Performance Toyota of Kansas City, Kansas. More
