We just purchased a 2010 Corolla S from this dealership. Upon our first visit, we were greeted by our salesman Marcus Eason within 15-20 seconds from parking our car. We dealt with Marcus and Robert Kucerik (sp.?) and arrived at a reasonably good deal relatively quickly. I am not particularly a Toyota "fan", however I am enjoying our new car and I am growing to like it. We chose it almost solely on the fact that it is an IIHS Top Safety Pick. The various members of the team at Performance Toyota have proven to be a pleasure to work with (and I am quite a "picky" customer). Marcus, Robert, Brian and Chris in service, the finance officer and the business office employees have all been a pleasure to work with. Our car has a small blemish of unknown origin on the roof and they are working with us to get it resolved. I have no doubt that I will be satisfied with the results. They have given me no reason to doubt them so far. As I stated before, I am a very particular customer and this car buying experience has been great. We got a great car, at a reasonable price and without the headaches that so many other dealerships perpetuate. I would gladly purchase another car from this dealership and recommend them to anyone who wants a fair deal with minimal fanfare and wasted time. More
