I have been researching trucks for over three months and decided to test drive a Toyota tundra. I called and talked to Brandon, the sales manager, about a highlander they had on lot. Explained to him I”m suffering from a concussion from earlier accident and need to replace my vehicle and my brother wa a highlander they had on lot. When I arrived he informed me someone else was test driving the car. We waited for 25 minutes and found out paperwork was being filled out for another buyer, the car no longer available.
