2016 4Runner I came in to look at a lightly used 4Runner. The negotiation process was straightforward, and the salesperson and manager provided clear terms along the way, which was refreshing. When they didn't have exactly what I wanted on the lot, they searched available stock at other dealers and in the pipeline to find a match. Front door to handshake deal was maybe 2 hours, much of which was just searching through the available inventory to find what I wanted. When the vehicle arrived, paperwork and vehicle prep was completed in about an hour and a half. More

Best car buying experience I was dreading buying a used car, only because of past experiences with car salesmen. I was pleasantly surprised from my first contact with Legends To I was dreading buying a used car, only because of past experiences with car salesmen. I was pleasantly surprised from my first contact with Legends Toyota. To start, they respected my request for return calls only in the evenings. My emails were answered quickly and politely but they weren't pushy or overbearing. Working with everyone in person at the dealership was also pleasant. Not once did I encounter the "typical pushy salesman", I got great customer service and a great deal on a used car. I would recommend Legends Toyota to everyone, quality cars and employees. More
