I was told it would be fixed and I will be contacted in 2 days. 3 days later no phone call or anything from the dealership. I called them on the 4th day. I was told those issues were fixed but there was another issue. I asked how long before it will be fixed. I was told "I will call you tomorrow with the details" again no phone call. 2 days later I called. I was told it will take another week before it is fixed. When I asked what was wrong, I never got a straight answer and was told I will be called. 1 week goes by...no phone call. I call again and was told we are still working on it. Now it is going on 2wks. I call again and was told another issue came up. I find out they sold the vehicle to someone else and didn't tell me. I found this out because I emailed and inquired about the vehicle I wanted and was told it was sold. I then called and was told they did sell it. When I asked why did they sell it when it was agreed that I would purchase it, I was told the buyer took it as is. Which means the dealership didn't have to fix anything he just sold it as is and led me on....Very, Very Shady dealership...Doug tells you "I am on your side, I just want to make sure you are in a safe vehicle" "We are not in the business of trying to get over, this business is owned by a woman and can be trusted" but at the same time they string you along until they sell the vehicle to someone else. Check the reviews and the BBB complaints...I wish I did before I wasted almost a month waiting for a promised vehicle that was sold to someone else. More

Legend Motors sells Lemons I purchased a vehicle and noticed a few problems with it and reported it to the manager. They claim they have a mechanic to work on the vehicles but I purchased a vehicle and noticed a few problems with it and reported it to the manager. I would not recommend this place to anyone! a week ago I paid a large down payment and I still have no vehicle! This is the worst car buying experience in my life! More

Beware This guy Doug is a con artist. He sold me a car and a few days later I saw an oil spot on my driveway. Took it to him and he tried to give me some xx This guy Doug is a con artist. Took it to him and he tried to give me some xx about "that's never happened here before " whatever that's irrelevant it's leaking. After some phone calls back and forth and pulling some teeth finally the owner calls me and tried to blame me with an attitude but I got the warranty info took it to an Acura dealer. The rear main seal was leaking. There is absolutely no way in xxxx they didn't know because Doug told me "the owner has been drinking this car" ok so it was leaking oil all over the driveway and your passing it off to a customer?? That's all that should be have to be said about legendary motors!! Now that the warranty is up I've been having other issues. Please do not buy from dishonest xxxx!!!! More

The one issue I did have was taken care of immediately, and they even picked the truck up, while I was at work, to make it convenient for me. I'm generally tense when dealing with car dealerships, but my experience with Doug & GK was nothing but pleasant. I am very happy I bought my truck there & I would definitely recommend Legendary Motors to anyone looking to buy a used car. More

A bunch of fake smiles and liars Got a truck from them, over priced but not by much couldn't complain. Saw some rust on both sides just before i bought it. Next day i came to pick it up they sprayed one said with normal spray paint with the wrong tone of color. Came back had a few problems that is covered by the warranty. Doug said i had to pay we complained GK was super nice said she will take care of it (lie). One week later only two things were done to it out of a list of problems that she said she would do to it and one of them being a used part. Also their mechanic doesn't know a thing about fixing vehicles, Looks like a older version of one of those characters from the Jersey Shore show. More

She was open and responsive to our needs in regards to a vehicle, and we developed a great rapport. When the Check Engine light came on, GK bent over backwards to fix the problem. When her mechanic had done everything he could, she accepted the added expense of taking the car to the manufacturer to have them diagnose the problem and fix it. I have already recommended Legendary Motors to my friends, and will any time I hear of someone looking for a used car. I am very happy and grateful for the service we have received there. More

car lasted 1 year We bought a 2002 Subaru Forester. Doug sold us the car and he was very pleasant to deal with. We also purchased the Cornerstone used car warranty. We bought a 2002 Subaru Forester. The warranty is a complete joke. Our mechanic basically told us the car is a money pit and to give up on it. The lesson learned: if you are going to buy a car from these guys get it inspected by a mechanic you can trust. More

Not a good experience dealing with a dishonest dealer... Bought car in September 2014, had everything go wrong with it first when we purchased it in September the dealer doug we asked if the car was in any a Bought car in September 2014, had everything go wrong with it first when we purchased it in September the dealer doug we asked if the car was in any accidents which he stated no, we then ended up purchasing the car, which they of course didn't have a car fax to give, then 3 days later we bought a car fax to find out that it was in three accidents, we then notified the owner and she offered to give us some money off of the car so she gave us a check back for $1000, well a week and a half goes by and I took the car into a body shop to find out that they sold us a car with no rear impact bar meaning we had no rear bumper, and there was rot under the vehicle which exposed the gas tank, we then contacted her to discuss bringing her the car back and just getting a refund, well she said she would discuss the refund as soon as we brought the car back, well on the way to bring the car back the altinator went on the car, we had to call a garage for road side assistance which they towed the car to their shop and try'd to charge the battery but it kept on draining which cost us $85, then we called the dealer to ask for them to tow the car they said they were not a tow facility, we had to find our own means of getting the car to their shop, well I had to then call my insurance company and have their road side assistance come and tow my car to our house, it took them two weeks of calls and emails back and fourth to come and get the car, then it took us almost another two weeks to get the owner to talk to about a refund which she then said take her to court she wasn't refunding us the money.......we were sold a headache that wont go away, we would not recommend..... Sales staff isn't very helpful and could care less about you once they have their money. The guy's review above me might sound crazy but it couldn't be more accurate. The staff tries to be as friendly as possible while you purchase a car, talking about being "honest", but trust me once they have your money you are nothing but a number to them (just like any other dealer). Find a better place to spend your hard earned $$$ More

Promises "in writing" not kept Purchase a 2006 Mazda 03. I was very concerned about paying the asking price and then having to fix major items thereafter. I mentioned several times during the sale process and Glynne guaranteed that the A/C would be in working order. A/C was supposedly recharged before I pick it up. A/C still blew warm air and I brought the car back. Mechanic claimed to have replaced the A/C compressor that had a "pin hole" in it. They had the nerve to asked me to pay $100.00 warranty fee even though A/C was guaranteed to work written on the bill of sale. I had the car checked out by my mechanic and the car was thankfully sound. The A/C compressor was never replaced and it required a value to be replaced within the dash board. Cost $625.00 More
