Shady Went in with a bad ECU, OK that happens when tuned. Instead of paying for a new one I dropped off a used one. When I dropped it of I asked where I w Went in with a bad ECU, OK that happens when tuned. Instead of paying for a new one I dropped off a used one. When I dropped it of I asked where I was at price point with diagnostics and such. Was told $400...ok fine. Got a call next day saying used ECU working fine and bill is $1037. Math didn't add up when VW states 2.5-3 hours of labor for an ECU install. Questioned when I showed up in person and they had no rebuttal. After a small back and forth I was told my bill could be reduced. Magically it was reduced $300 to the amount I should have been charged in the beginning. I'm not sure how many unsuspecting people they've caught by this shady business practice but I genuinely feel bad for them. To top everything off they delivered my car with a cracked windshield which bill swears came that way. I know 100% it didn't. I watched him check my car in looking at my registration and inspection and that's where the impact on my windshield was. Shadiest dealer ever folks. More

She's not there to help you. She's there to bill as much as she can for Legend. If you call her she will not call back. But neither will Scott the service manager. My suggestion is to get your service done at another Audi deal. You don't want to get stuck in their vortex. Trust me, don't make the mistake I made. More

Virginia Called service and spoke to Dawn who told me I needed to bring car in.After 5 times of me telling her that is not so easy as I am in W Virginia she hung up on me.Long story short got car home went to service they ordered me a part I didnt need refused to put cost of 1st non fix toward the new fix.Wanted to charge an additional 447 plus the part was 238.Took it to another shop and had the problem that LEGEND told me I need fixed fixed for 260 dollars.Turns out it wasnt the problem.Went and talked to owner Michael Siegal about the problem.He said he doesnt believe in giving refunds because he wants to win me back.Told me he would call me in a few days.Never heard from him.He was full of it.Now I know why everyone I dealt with in service is like they are.It starts from the top.RUN FROM THESE CROOKS More

I'm never going to this place again I bought my car from the prepared dealership and was lied to about most of my vehicle. The sales person knew nothing about the car besides it was an A I bought my car from the prepared dealership and was lied to about most of my vehicle. The sales person knew nothing about the car besides it was an A4 and was black, besides that he was incompetent. I've taken it here twice to be serviced. First time was the 45k mile check up, which went smoothly and the second time being now, or well 2 weeks ago when I first dropped off my car. I was hearing a noise so I dropped it off on a Thursday morning. They called me Monday to tell me it was front bearings and rear differential (3 1/2 days for diagnosis? Really??) so I told them to go ahead and fix it. The car was finally ready on Saturday afternoon so I went and picked it up from them. Driving home I heard a noise worse than when I brought it in, so I called them up and drove it right back. On Monday I received a call saying that the differential they put in was no good, it had a bad seal so they needed to order a new one, again I said ok and was told it would be in the following Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around and it's still not there, Wednesday I call still nothing, today finally they get it in a week and a half later. The part arrived at 1pm and I received a call at 4pm stating the car won't be ready until tomorrow. They work until 5:30. It takes 4 1/2 hours to do a differential?? So needless to say they've had my car for 2 whole weeks and haven't even apologized or tried to hurry it along. Worst customer service, worst experience ever. STAY AWAY!!! More

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER! While the sales staff is courteous and polite for your purchase, the service department is the worst! The only pleasant part about service is the woman, Dawn who politely makes your appointments and tends to you at pick up. As for the rest, well my 2010 EOS has had issue after issue. The most recent was after is 4th "yearly checkup" (for which I was hammered with a staggering $740.00, as only 3 checkups are covered and the 4th is the "biggie.") Within a week or two of the visit, my driver's side window mechanism went. (MIND YOU, THIS CAR IS ONLY 4 YEAR OLD AND HAS LESS THAN 15,000 MILES. It is only used during fair weather, as it is my "special car" and RARELY HAS A PASSENGER!) When I picked up the alleged fixed car, my husband noticed that the passenger's door panel was off tract?! When I brought this to the attention of the service department, an appointment was made. When I brought the car in, I was belittled by the service manager, Scott, who eluded that this was somehow MY fault!? I was also told that the door panel would have to be ordered, as they did not do that and another appointment would have to be made. We are now being given the run-around on the BUMPER TO BUMPER EXTENDED WARRENTY! Scott in service will tell you this really doesn't exist! What a "legend" for me to share with my family and friends and their families and friends. I'm sure social networking will help me get the word out! More

We wanted to get our daughter who is now 20, a safe and reliable car to drive back and forth to college. We purchased the VW Jetta. We looked at Legend Audi/Volkswagon but wasn't impressed with the dealership or the salesman. At the time, we were in the Market for a new car ourselves. So in one shot,we bought the Audi Q5 and the VW Jetta from another dealer. Within months, someone stole my daughters bag at school with her keys in it. So we were down a key. And a trip to the Yankee game this week and the LIRR and somehow the last set of keys went missing. So we called the closest dealer, as time was of the essence and called over to Legend to order a new key that had to be programmed in to her car. Ron in parts explained that a tow truck would come and tow her car to the dealer where they would program the car in the service department. So when the key arrived this morning, they transferred me to Christy in service to schedule that. She said she slotted us in for a 10 am service. I asked her what would happen and she explained that we could follow the tow truck over and once that arrived, they would program the chip in the key and we would be on our way. So I left for work and let my daughter take my car and follow the tow truck and handle the service. Then I get a phone call at work at 12:20 that my 2 kids are still sitting on your couch, waiting for someone, ANYONE to help them !!! What ? ! 2 hrs !!! For a key ? ! And finally Bill from Service walked over and asked them if they needed help.I had to leave my job and drive to your dealership myself to take care of this - Shame on you guys for mistreating a young girl who was alone and trying to handle an already stressful situation ! What a life lesson-Please know I would rather drive the extra time from Massapequa and spend the extra money on gas to go to the dealership in Huntington where we bought our cars. And please know that we just picked up our 3rd addition to the Audi Volkswagon family- an amazing A 5 and it is sincerely YOUR LOSS of business from us -Dawn C Massapequa NY More
I do not recommend this dealership at all and it appears by other reviews that people had the same problem i did with the service department. I had a minor repair done and the minute i left the deapership i by other reviews that people had the same problem i did with the service department. I had a minor repair done and the minute i left the deapership i had 2 additional new issues with my Audi A5, issues i never had before intook the car to Legend Audi. When i took the car back to repair what they broke on my car they wanted to charge over $300. Why would i pay for something they ruined???? Also people are rude and very unprofessional and mechanics are incompetent unless they are insturcted to keep breaking things on the customers cars so they can charge more money when we take the cars back. I do not trust their service and i think they are dishonest. Horrible experience... More
