The dealership are always courteous to me when I bring my wife’s Q5 and my A6 in for yearly routine services and inspections. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for an Audi/Porsche wife’s Q5 and my A6 in for yearly routine services and inspections. They tell you to drop off the car again to see if the repair is covered under warrantee (they already know it’s not) so they have the car and offer to take $200 off if it Is not covered. They also said repair is covered under warrantee (they already know it’s not) so they have the car and offer to take $200 off if it Is not covered. They also said if we did not want to wait for a loaner car they would take off $100. When we went to pick up the car they said that these offers were before they found out that we have a 3rd party warrantee company. Stay away from this shop ! More

My only criticism is that the wait time for service is too long. 2 hours for an oil change when u get there for 8am is too long. If I hadn’t purchased the service when I bought the car. Always a pleasure when dealing with Sean. Took my S7 for a service. Sean gave me a brand new loaner so I didn’t have to wait and was able to get on with my day. He called me with updates multiple times and a service. Sean gave me a brand new loaner so I didn’t have to wait and was able to get on with my day.
