I always love the service and the team; however, the additional 3% credit card fee on auto service is egregious after paying $199 per hour for labor. Recently moved in the area, looking for reputable service for my Audi, they seemed to have the best reviews. So I made an appointment online, for approximately 2 weeks out with a loaner vehicle. They call me for my Audi, they seemed to have the best reviews. So I made an appointment online, for approximately 2 weeks out with a loaner vehicle. They call me next day, saying they can’t give me a loaner only drop off, and I asked if I can get dropped off, they said only within 5 miles. What kind of xx is that…if you don’t give loaner cars don’t allow the option on your site. More
