The legend dealership group is been terrific in a service department. I actually go out of my way because I do not like the service department of the dealership. Jack at the desk was very helpful and courteous. He explained everything clearly and gave an accurate timeline for completion of services. Servicemen were clean and left my car neat and tidy. The service representative was polite and aware of the nature and cope of the schedueled service. I always love the service and the team; however, the additional 3% credit card fee on auto service is egregious after paying $199 per hour for labor.
