If I could give a 0, I would. I went to inspect my car today, the service advisor told me 30 minutes in and out. Waited for two hours for him to tell me that the car didn’t pass i I went to inspect my car today, the service advisor told me 30 minutes in and out. Waited for two hours for him to tell me that the car didn’t pass inspection. Then they removed my inspection sticker and made me drive off with nothing on my car! As per New York State law, I’m supposed to get a temporary sticker. So I will be filing a complaint with corporate, the most unprofessional business being handled here. I’ve worked in the dealership life for 10 years and half of the things I was told by Sean, the advisor, I had never heard in my life. Beyond disappointed and disgusted to be treated this way. More
