We are glad that we were able to reduce the price for you. Please know that the work that was done called for several more hours of work then previously discussed. The only reason we were able to discount the price was because the technician offered to work without being paid for the labor he did. In regards to the windshield, a small crack was notated on the initial inspection of the vehicle. Unfortunately after the car was put on the lift and worked on the crack must have deepened. We are sorry for that.

Our owner, Michael drove the car and saw no flaws, which the customer states does not happen all the time. Michael offered to personally drive the vehicle for several days to see for himself. However, the customer prefers to go to the other dealer for a 2nd opinion.

Rochelle, On behalf of Legend VW I would like to say we did everything in our power to lessen the cost due to VW Credit. Please remember that the money due to over mileage and damages is not our responsibility and is owed to VW Credit. My Sales Specialist, Renee, spoke with the representatives there and cut your bill in half. That is something Renee did as a favor as we are not VW Credit, we are a car dealer. If a customer uses more mileage then the lease allows and returns a vehicle with damage we do what we can to assist with the money owed. Renee went above and beyond to assist you to the point of sending a letter regarding the missing key and also to get VW Credit to set up a payment plan for you. We are sorry that our efforts were not sufficient in your eyes.
