Just insanely disappointed. Started off excellently with Victoria, who was very nice and attentive of my needs and situation regarding purchasing a vehicle on short notice. When I was transferred away everything fell apart. I had communicated my intentions to the sales team multiple times, and somehow still fell on deaf ears. I had a deal in place in Friday to pick the vehicle up Monday, only for that deal to somehow fall apart as they sold the car on Saturday. To my chagrin, the sales team not only did not notify me, but when I followed up I was told “Nevermind.” As someone out of state I had organized all my documents, my travel and travel related costs, and financing before I had left and found out halfway through my journey that the car had been sold. I was told I needed to put a deposit down or go through some of the paperwork to buy the vehicle if I wanted to hold it, BOTH of which I was more than willing to do but was never even mentioned by the sales team so I assumed with the verbal agreement they would hold the vehicle for me. Just so unhappy with the sales team, and was truly played pretty badly by this dealership. While I am out around 600 dollars for my transportation costs and sacrifice leaving work early, the way this dealership acted toward me is what I am the most disappointed in. More
