Went to purchase a 2011 A5. Jose was very patient, informative and pleasant to deal with. Patient mainly because I appeared just prior to their closing times and they stayed as long as I had question informative and pleasant to deal with. Brian was very easy to deal with when processing the paperwork. He was very informative regarding Audi Care, extended warranty and other optional plans. He highly recommended the options, but at the same time, he wasn't "pushy". Car was ready for delivery before I arrived, paperwork was processed quickly, "walk through" with Jose was very complete. I have serviced my volkswagen GTI in a few dealerships locally, and my experience has never been greater or more pleasant then my dealings with Legend. The service advisors Dawn and Robert are always very locally, and my experience has never been greater or more pleasant then my dealings with Legend. The service advisors Dawn and Robert are always very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help me. Whenever i call to make appointments for sercice the receptionist Jasmine always is willing to help work around my difficult schedule, even offering shuttle rides to work or my home. This dealership is very busy so even the manager Edward or Tara would get on the phone with me to give me updates or explain the concerns. Sometimes the technicians will also get on the phone or even take a drive with me in my car to help me better understand whats going on. I will only service my car with Legend because they are the best, and strongly recommend anyone who loves their car as much as I do to do the same. More
