Service department didn’t place back floor mats back in place, just tossed on the other side of of car. I have never visited a Nissan dealer that charged a $150.00 service fee if said service wasn’t unde place, just tossed on the other side of of car. I have never visited a Nissan dealer that charged a $150.00 service fee if said service wasn’t under warranty. With that I should have left and found a different dealer. I won’t go back to that dealership. When I purchased my Nissan brand new, I purchased the extended warranty, I was informed that this was the same as manufacture warrant. Now I am told it only covers certain items/parts of the car. I have had a whispering sound for people on the receiving end of my calls when on blue tooth. Service stated I would have to pay to have dashboard removed and have radio wires cut and soldered back for the whistling to stop- as it’s not a warranty covered item. The price tag- over $400.00. This is a manufacturing issue, not issue that I caused by west and tear on the vehicle. More
