Kenny and the guys at the shop were honest, quick and professional! I came in for an oil change and they assured me I also needed an engine air filter change. I didn’t think I needed it and I wasn’t goin professional! I came in for an oil change and they assured me I also needed an engine air filter change. I didn’t think I needed it and I wasn’t going to buy it, but Kenny physically showed me how badly it needed to be replaced. It was disgusting!! The service staff is very accommodating and respectful of time and cost. Work was done in a timely manner. Prices for parts are much higher than what can be directly sourced online and Nissan’s leadershi time and cost. Work was done in a timely manner. Prices for parts are much higher than what can be directly sourced online and Nissan’s leadership should stop with the predatory pricing as although service is great, it doesn’t create a license to inflate part prices to this extent.
