Legend Nissan - Service Center

Went to get an oil change and originally 2tires. Upon further inspection I seen I needed 3 replaced so I decided to replace all 4. Also did wheel alignment, Which it shouldn’t have been needed since Upon further inspection I seen I needed 3 replaced so I decided to replace all 4. Also did wheel alignment, Which it shouldn’t have been needed since I bought the car from the same exact dealer less than a year ago but the guy kept insisting I hit something. I never did, I told him this. The 2tires had a bubble on it from the day I purchased! I only noticed when I got home and forgot about it bc of the holidays. I never went back to the dealer to point it out which Sucks bc now here I am paying extra for tires. FYI I told the guy all this, seems like he ignored me. So I’m there by 9AM, took my keys and info around 9:15AM. Simple or so I thought. I seen several, SEVERAL people come and go while I’m waiting for my car. Im Not new to cars, getting them serviced or the planet. Oil change 20-30mins, tire installation wheel alignment 90mins. I should be there 2hrs-2 1/2 at the most. I didn’t not leave until 1:30PM! At one point the guy came in to show me my air filter and said it’s $40 to replace. Excuse me but air filters are $15 at the auto shop and takes less than 60seconds to replace. Not to mention mine is a reusable filter. I told him no. It was a little before noon when I actually got this update on my car and said it’s up for the alignment. I asked the guy around 1pm, what’s going on and he proceeded to tell me well our guys do have to eat lunch. I found this extremely rude. No apologies for the wait. Matter of fact while at the cashier he checked to see what time I got there. Saw it and still no apologies. This guy seem to be nice and friendly with everyone else but with me personally it was not the case. I wish I could give negative stars just for the wait and customer service alone.
