I was not notified of the price of repairs until the repairs were complete. I felt, as a woman, that I was taken for granted. One phone call would have made a difference. JUST ONE. You should make it your policy to inform and educate your customers. Thank you. UPDATE: PAID FOR REPAIR AND LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER CAR IS BEING RETURNED FOR EXACT SAME REPAIR. HOPE THEY DON'T CHARGE ANOTHER FEE FOR NOT RECTIFYING THE PROBLEM ON MY FIRST VISIT. I PAID FOR COMPLETE REPAIR. LET'S WAIT AND SEE HOW GOOD OR HOW BAD THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. More
