I have been a lease customer at Legend for a number of years. With my lease before this, I had a rather bad experience with the overall process, but the GM reached out and made it right so I felt OK goin years. Unfortunately for this lease, the attention to detail is severely lacking and frankly, I question whether the staff there can actually tell the truth. For this lease, I waited forever for my permanent registration that never came. After calling at least 5 times over two weeks and getting every story known to man, I finally had to call back (again) to find that "they said" it was mailed to me in November (it's now January). When I asked why this could not have been told to me weeks ago with my first call or, when you 'discovered' this, I was told that I was told that the last time I called, which was a complete lie. Whereas it is entirely possible that my registration was "lost in the mail", the chain of events and the lack of clarity or follow up to ANY of my calls made me think otherwise. So I'm left to go to DMV and get another copy of my registration at my expense, which isn't that much, but my time wasted is far more costly. Legend Nissan will call you every single day in the last year of your lease to make a sale, but to get a call back on what should have been basic service seems to be too much to ask, once they got your money. Money is green everywhere, so you can be assured that I will never be doing business with this dealership ever again. More
