First lets start by saying that in all my years in Customer Service, I have never run into someone nicer than Morris! Pure Professional from the start to finish! No pressure, no nonsense. Needless to say the I did not have to leave the comfort of my home to close this deal. The price on his website was the price I paid. No double talk! This was the most hassle free purchase I have ever made. Now to the good part. The 2011 Nissan Maxima was delievered right to my front door. I was given the keys and from my dining room table, I signed all the papers, right from Nissan Finance. As if I were at the dealer myself. And the best part was, If I were at a dealership, the finance person would try to run the cost higher by trying to sell you something that you do not want or need. One last chance to screw you. I will never shop at a dealership again. I have already recommended my next door neighbor to Legend and they can't wait for their present lease to be up in 2 months. All that I have spoken with about this deal could not believe how well I was treated from beginning to end and will be dealing with Legend for their next lease or purchase. We always leased our cars through the dealers, but when our current lease was up we decided to also try a leasing company and called Legend Leasing. I was cautious going through the process with a leasing broker, as everything is done over the phone, but was totally impressed by the experience. We were dealing with Albert and Mark. Main advantage for us was the fact that brokers are more direct and give you the price which is better than any dealer "best deals". In the beginning of our search for new lease we visited few dealers and thought we negotiated the best price, but Legend guys quoted us with substantially lower payment for the same car. I also appreciated that with Legend brokers we didn't have to deal with dealership sales agent going back and forth to his finance manager for the price, I am tired of that game and just don't have time for that. Legend brokers were also great in comparison shopping, in case you are not decided on the car you want. They give you lease prices on several similar vehicles and also alert you on any specials in effect. The only drawback of going through the broker is that you are not able to see and drive the car, but you can stop at you local dealer showroom and see/try the car in person. In the end we decided on Mercedes ML350. It worked out really well for us, we are very happy with the price we are paying. We also saved on the inception fees, as brokers seem to be charging less comparing to dealerships. Service and entire process were exceptional! And to top our pleasant experience - the car was delivered to our door. We recommend Legend Leasing without reservation and for sure will not be going back to car dealerships.
