I didn’t have any personal recommendations from family or friends so naturally I was skeptical. On a Wednesday night at about 9:45PM I submitted some questions via the LL website about the car I was interested in. I was surprised to receive a response from Steven Sasson approximately two minutes later. I was impressed by that as it was pretty late at night. The next day Steven and I spoke --- he explained the process (identify a make/model you are interested in, complete the credit application, if approved confirm the color and date you want the car delivered—if you can’t make it out to Brooklyn to pick it up yourself) and he also answered some questions. The process sounded really simple so at this point I’m still skeptical and wondering if there are any hidden fees or other nasty surprise yet to be revealed. As this was going to be my first lease AND with a company that I never set foot into it was important for me to do my due diligence. Over the next few days I exchanged numerous emails with Steven about questions that I had. Steven responded very quickly to each of my many emails. Seeing how responsive and patient Steven was really made me feel comfortable. I never felt like I was being rushed into making a decision---there was no hard sell. In fact, at one point I thought I found a better deal with another company so I mentioned it to Steven. He actually spent time on the phone with me and reviewed the other deal with me. In the end it turned out that other deal was “creative advertisement”. I went through the whole process with Legend---picked out a color and a delivery date/time. The car was supposed to be delivered at 7PM but by 6:45 I got a call confirming that the delivery person was in the neighborhood. On the day of delivery Steven called to see if I was happy and also to see if I had any questions. Later Steven emailed to let me know that my plates and registration were in and that they would be mailed to my house. The next day both were in my mailbox. Do I recommend Legend Leasing? Yes! I have no complaints---I’ve already recommended Steven/Legend to two coworkers. The process really was as simple as Steven had initially described it. More

I contacted Raymond to let him know that I needed a car, however I was annoyingly specific about what I wanted. I hate haggling and going to a dealer directly is perhaps the most painful experience I had. Its like getting robbed with a smile where their exuberant prices are so out of this world that you wonder if theyre joking. Raymond gave me a bottom-line price and everything was simple as ever I dont think I will ever go to anyone but Legend after this experience. Where else will you have someone responding to multiple emails/calls with no haggling/pressure to sign a lease or attempt to sell whatever was easily available! I could actually make a whole page write up with my leasing experience's that I have had with Steven. But, I will keep it short and to the point. The most important aspect to me is about the service, about the courteous and caring of what they do and of course the competitive pricing. Not only is Steven all of the above, his staff is the same. That's because they have learned how to treat people from Steven. In conclusion there is no other leasing company that I would deal with other than Legend. My son also gets his car's from Legend and as myself NO PROBLEMS at all. If ever there is or has been an issue here and there Steven and his staff will do everything they can to make it work for you. I called Raymond the last week in April to get a price on an Infiniti G37X. He gave me what I considered a fair price. He spent so much time with me on the phone looking into several options for that car.How an Infiniti G37X. He gave me what I considered a fair price. He spent so much time with me on the phone looking into several options for that car.However I had to go with my instincts and go to a local dealer since I never used a leasing company before. I went to a dealer and they were a little higher in price. However the games that they played with the pricing really turned me off. I ended up walking out without making a deal. I needed to rethink what I wanted. I decided to wait until my current lease was up in June and not lease a car now at all. The dealer called me back May 1 and said they can get a much better price than the week before. I said I will probably wait until June but let me know what you have. I told Raymond the same thing. Raymond came back the same day $36.00 less per month than the dealer. I went with Legend Leasing and the service has been unreal from the start. My new car was delivered to my home by 2 amazing people from a local dealership. They took my other car back to the dealer for me. I could not believe how smooth the whole transition was! I only know Raymond 2 weeks but it seems like I've known him forever. I would absolutely recommend him and Legend Leasing!! More
