I met Ben on Sunday in the office. They are usually closed on weekends but Ben happened to be there, we set down and talked about leasing. Ben answered all my questions in detail and gave me the exact all-inclusive final numbers on the lease I was interested in. I found myself being in a very friendly environment with no sales pressure. Very good experience! A few days later I emailed Ben that I have decided to lease a car, the next day the car was delivered to my workplace, the final amounts in the contract were exactly as Ben provided the day before.
