I gave this rating to Joe Matalon at JM because his customer service was exceptional, he was extremely patient with me in choosing a vehicle even when i changed my mind 10 times, he made sure that I un customer service was exceptional, he was extremely patient with me in choosing a vehicle even when i changed my mind 10 times, he made sure that I understood all of the terms of the lease and walked me through the process the whole way. When I picked my car up he made sure that I understood all of the vehicles functions and helped me program the vehicles navigation system.
