They also refuse to put anything in writing - everything is verbal and by the time the car arrives at your front door lots of charges that were never discussed are on your invoice. That's not the case at JM - my experience with Albert was excellent - to the point, no BS, and a price that was what I expected to pay. Everything was in writing up front, with no issues what so ever. Got two cars from them within 1 month - will do it again and have already recommended him to my neighbor who's looking for a car as well. More
