The employees are pleasant. I did not have a problem at all with the employees. The problem lies with how the business is run. My vehicle is a 2023 GMC sierra. I came home from vacation after 10 days and my vehicle was completely dead. No lights. Nothing had to unlock the door with the key. It was picked up out of my driveway and I myself called to confirm that it was at the dealership someone then called me back and said they were hoping to get it done the same day, one half hour before their day was to end I called the dealership because no one had reached out to me to see if my vehicle was going to be ready that day I was told no the next day no one called me with an update or to let me know what was wrong with my vehicle Just thought it was ready to be picked up. Don’t know what their protocol is but that’s not good customer service like I said the employees are pleasant but they need to be directed differently. That is my opinion on Legacy GMC service department. More
