I’m writing to express serious concern about the service experience with my GMC Acadia (dropped off on July 15th for a fuel-related issue). This was a scheduled appointment I waited over a week for. Yet, I’ experience with my GMC Acadia (dropped off on July 15th for a fuel-related issue). This was a scheduled appointment I waited over a week for. Yet, I’ve received almost no communication since drop-off — only a vague confirmation of the issue I already diagnosed myself. This is day three, and I still have no quote, repair timeline, or any update beyond what I provided at check-in. I was told my car is “in the back of the line,” which defeats the purpose of scheduling in advance. I’ve purchased two vehicles from your dealership and was considering a third, but this lack of transparency and service has made me reconsider.
