During safety recall work on passenger side airbag side they destroyed by dashboard. They will not replace it and will attempt a repair. I have had two dealings with this dealership - both were terrible customer service. If they treat other customers like me they will go the way of Bohn gmc Both times I had a hard time talking to someone w terrible customer service. If they treat other customers like me they will go the way of Bohn gmc Both times I had a hard time talking to someone who could resolve my problems. And when I did speak to a representative they apologized and admitted the wrong. Not one time did I hear ok we did wrong but now what can we do to earn your business. I live 3 miles from this dealership but I will travel across the river in traffic to get the maintenance and warranty work at another dealer. I trade my autos before the factory warranty is expired . I have purchased 4 Sierras and 3 Acadias in the last 8 years. Legacy lost a good loyal Gmc customer !! Elwood Mefferd More

Flawless I had a warranty repair. My new car had gotten a paint chip/scratch on the lot and had a bad oxygen sensor. The service folks were awesome. I just sho I had a warranty repair. But if I read my receipt correctly (9qt's of synthetic oil, 1ea filter, tire rotation & labor) might be hard to be beat on price anywhere else for $69. More
