Let's be transparent. What you call "condition" is that the horn honks 3 times when you sit down in the car and close the door. Correct? So you are also saying it is "normal" for your car to honk 3 times when you get in and close the door. Correct? And when you say "take another look" you mean thanks for bringing it up there a 5th time for this same issue. A response of 'we are sorry for the inconvenience and we are still trying to figure out the problem' would be much more appropriate.
