We recently tried to get our car repair at this dealership and they do not offer appointments, they said it could take up to 2 weeks to get to our vehicle...even if I brought it in immediately. How can a dealership put such a stranglehold on a driver? We later found out that the oil filter they installed was leaking, luckily Chuck Fairbanks found the leak and fixed us right up. I also tried to leave a message with the dealer sharing my concerns and now I am on their spam list to sell me a car...never ever will I go to this dealer again! More
