Purchasing a 2015 Altima It was a bad experience from the very beginning. The car they advertized 2015 Altima VIN number 1N4AL3AP3FC189166 with less than 3K mileage turned to It was a bad experience from the very beginning. The car they advertized 2015 Altima VIN number 1N4AL3AP3FC189166 with less than 3K mileage turned to have over 7K miles but I was too naive to get the red flag. The sales rep, a young guy who wasted three sales forms before he could get all the numbers right, didn't know anything about that particular car nor much about cars in general. Couldn't even tell what octane gasoline it requires. Wasn't much of help with features of the car. All he could say was that the two little dents would be removed during the pre-sale detailing, but I highly doubt his words. At the pickup time which was scheduled with him over the phone he was not present at the office nor he relayed the information to his peers. As I arrived to pick up the car, the dealer was completely unprepared and after 20 minutes they told me the car was sold to someone else that day regardless the $1K deposit I gave them. Following, they couldn't come up with anything but offered to get a 2013 Altima instead. That was rude! At the end of the day they refused to give back the deposit claiming some technicalities and it took a visit from cops (yes, I called 911) to get a photocopy of reimbursement claim from them. So the bottom line is I lost two evening talking to these dishonest people, lost money buying the bank check and adding the car to my insurance policy. More

I was shopping around for a used 2009 infiniti g37x and naturally i went to all the infiniti dealerships in my area. After hearing many stories and loosing much time i found legacy automart located on sunr naturally i went to all the infiniti dealerships in my area. After hearing many stories and loosing much time i found legacy automart located on sunrise highway. I was quite sure i would hear much of the same that i was used to until i met Marlon the salesman. I was on their lot for about 5 minutes when Marlon came and introduced himself and proceeded to show me a few different g37x's. He was quite knowledgeable about his product, reviewing all major safety and convenience features on this car. I decided on one and took it for a test drive. After the test drive he then showed me around his dealership going over the service area, and what he calls the "DNA" folder which highlights the KBB, Carfax, details of safety inspection and warranty. He then worked with his managers Kiera and Jerry to get me a great deal!!!! I ended up leaving with a beautiful car at a great price. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone i know and im sure that i will be back here when the new body style comes out! Thank you Marlon and Thank you Legacy. More
Had to find a "good, reliable like new" used car because the one I had I brought as a replacement when I got into an accident late 2011, died on me. Got it from a bum dealer. Worried now about how I was going to get on due to loss of revenue from my business which really affected my credit. Searched on-line for folks dealing with damaged credit for cars and on a Saturday got a call from Marlon. He told me about Legacy Automart and what they could do. I was skeptical but went down to check them out. When my wife dropped me off, we were both impressed that this was part of a bigger, major dealership. Completely different place from where I got my last used car. Went in met Marlon who was with another customer. Had another employee, Azee (I know I am messing up his name), till he finished. Talked about what I needed and how the max I was looking to spend for purchase price. Had done my research with Consumer Reports/Kelley Blue Book and was looking for specific models, Nissan Altima, Toyota Camry or Hyundai Sonata. They carried Nissan and Toyota. The first car I saw was a Nissan Altima. It was in pristine condition. Looked it over an knew this was the one. Looked at a few others but came back to the Altima and did a test drive. Perfect. Came back and began the rest of the paperwork. There were no haggles over price as they used KBB and showed you how they arrive at their price which was what I expected before coming in so they were above board. No sales push for extra xxxxxxxx like extended warranty, extra fee here, extra fee there. The only sticking point was trying to get a favorable APR. The one bank offering me a loan was pretty high. I got do the payments but it was more than I really wanted to pay. That's where the finance guy, Mike, came in and worked to get me a better APR and man did he get it. Another bank had committed then at the last minute reneged due to issues on my report. They had some stipulation in there that they had just said they'd waived. Since I came in late Saturday, I was there till 8pm with the still working with that bank. We closed the deal with the former on at the higher APR but Mike told me he wasn't leaving it till he got what was promised. They let me take the car and come Monday, Mike had got that bank to stick to the lower APR and the deal was officially done. Mike had really fought for me and the overall customer service was outstanding. I bought the car in August but waited to really drive it before writing this review. The car has been running beautifully, amazes me as to how spotless it is both inside and out. It feels as if I got a brand new car (practically did as the mileage was incredibly low). Also, the provide their own warranty plan which was just like the one I had when I brought my Land Rover 11 years ago. This warranty covers me for the next 6 years/70K miles for a lot of the major parts and systems. My wife is interested in going to them to sell her car and get something. I really recommend them and was unexpectedly surprised by how great an experience I had with Legacy and quite frankly still am. Definitely go check them out. More

But i was able to find a car similar to my taste which was a bmw 328xi & a very friendly well manner representative by the name of Marlon Griffin who assisted me from the beginning to the end was more than happy to help me & offered me refreshments. i was able to purchase my car same day with no hassle & easy Monthly payments. i would recommend legacy automart to anyone who is interested in used or new cars with reasonable prices. Walked in to this dealership just looking around, I was greeted by few people working here, felt comfortable the dealership is setup like a huge living room. I looked at few cars, I had gone to couple dealers in the area that turned me down for credit reasons so I was worried it would be the same here, instead I left the same day in a 4 year old nice car with low down payment and great monthly payment, thanks to the whole team easy to deal with from beginning to end !
