I knew it was time to trade in an old F1 50 which was not suitable for commuting to Atlanta, but needed a push. I explained everything to Sheriff Lowe when she came out to talk to me in the parking lot. She was very helpful and listened to my situation and convinced me that it really didn’t make sense to wait until the truck broke down on I 75. I couldn’t be happier with her help and guidance. Now I have two Jettas, one for local trips and one for long commutes. More
Zero responsibility Awful dealership to work with. They refuse to fix the paint that they damaged, only offering to bandaid it with more striping. This is after forcing me to reschedule my first service appointment because "our paint guy isn't here right now." Didn't offer to take it in and offer a loaner while they looked at it or anything. Currently the paint issue has been reported to VW Corporate and my case was escalated to a regional case manager. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB. The car is a lease, so if I choose to turn it in at lease end, they will simply be attempting to resell a car with unreported paint damage and depreciation to a new unwitting customer. More
Poor customer service at the parts department Purchased parts twice at this dealership. Both times the parts manager was too busy on the phone to even make eye contact. I get he was busy with a customer on the other line, but should have at least made eye contact especially if I’m standing about four feet away from him. As he handled his business I stood at the counter while my wife was looking around. Both times after finishing the call his eyes stayed fixed into his computer monitor and there was nothing but silience as I stood there waiting to be acknowledged. When he finally took his eyes off the screen my wife and I were greeted with “Are you guys purchasing anything, or just looking around?” My wife and I just looked at each other in disbelief and confused as to why would I just be standing at the counter if we were just looking around. My first experience with Doug was just as bad when I Iayed two sunshades on his counter and he asked me “can I help you?”. At least on my first visit after his silence while starring at his computer screen I was greeted with a less confusing question. More

Awesome Costumer Service! I went to get a diagnosis and fix my EOS Volkswagen and they have a ride back to my job and pick me up then. Nice, friendly, caring and kind people over there. They have snacks on the waiting room for free crayons and paper for kids and a nice big TV on the waiting room. Clean and fast when you request for quick services. They fix my car the same day that I drop it off. David and Ginna: Good job for take care of me when I left my keys on one of the cars that gave me a ride that week. They were waiting for me outside when I arrived to my appointment the first day. Also they saw me with a lot of mail from work and they have a nice caring blue bag to put all my stuff. Very in shock with such a great service. Madeline Carter. More
