Can't keep their word. I was so happy to purchase my VW 2015 Passat TSI SE from these guys a year ago and now things are going down the drain. I made an appointment over the I was so happy to purchase my VW 2015 Passat TSI SE from these guys a year ago and now things are going down the drain. I made an appointment over the phone to get THREE recalls taken care of (Including the infamous Takata Airbag) and asked for a rental for the time it would take to repair my vehicle, which customer service told me would be no issue whatsoever, they'd have a rental ready for me when I arrived and even offered a complimentary car wash. All I would need is proof of insurance, my ID and a credit card for them to hold. Sounds great, right? So, here we go, off to the appointment! But, hold on. Now I get to the desk to check in and there is "virtually no way" I can be given a rental for the time it would take to fix everything. "My boss wouldn't validate me doing this, there's nothing I can do." An employee offered me a ride back to my job, which seemed like a ridiculous bargaining plea to "suffice the customer". Why can't I get the complimentary rental I was promised on the phone when I initially made my appointment?? To no avail, there is "nothing we can do". So, I'm forced to reschedule weeks later due to the inconvenience and wasted my afternoon going up there. Not only have I missed work now thanks to this incident, but now I"M the inconvenience? I'm tired of being blatantly lied to over the phone just to come into the dealership and waste my time. I don't want your 10% off coupon, I don't want a ride from your employees, I WANT what I'm told I'm going to get without having to play a 50/50% chance to get it!
