Good experience, clean car at the end. The oil change was fine and the car was washed and vacuumed before it was returned. I was met at the door by Jeff Lamb he got me to the proper place which was the service area. I then talked to Dave in services he explained my opitions if it were my transmission, Which would be expensive I was almost in tears and he was nice he could see I was upset and he felt bad. I could tell he was sincere. I decided to see what other options there was, so Jeff Lamb took the time and effort to find out. He found a beautiful Volkswagen 2014 with payments I could afford since buying a transmission would be very pricey and I really didn't want to put $6,000 into a 2005 Volkswagen with other problems as well. Buying this Volkswagen was the better choice, and I like to thank Jeff for showing me there were definitely other options. I had a bad experience with Kia of Leesburg,that's where I bought the 2005 Volkswagen, with lots of talk from them but not standing by their word, not being the type of business they advertise to be and not returning phone calls, only shows me they walked away from helping me. It was hard to decide to get another vehicle, but Jeff answered my questions professionally, and seemed sincere with my concerns. thanks Jeff I hope to do future deals with you down the road and I would definitely tell my friends about Jenkins of Leesburg Everyone was very friendly and the manager Jeff, and Ron finances who also answered questions that I had and also my concerns thank you all for a pleasant atmosphere and everyone being very nice and professional.
