Horrible Service Department Took my 2014 Jetta there for service. The car was turning off while driving. they kept the car for two days and told me they had to reset the computer Took my 2014 Jetta there for service. The car was turning off while driving. they kept the car for two days and told me they had to reset the computer and it was done. Picked up my car and of course it shut off 2 miles from the dealer. Ended up taking my car to another dealer where I found out there was never any work done on my car at Jenkins, they charged me for no reason. Reported incorrect information on my carfax report TWICE! and found out they billed VW of America for service and parts that were never changed on my car. Not only that, they also bent my key and took them over 10 days to replace it! Stay Away! More
