Awesome! Kaycee was just Awesome and right on top of my serv I had arrived in am with no air conditioning and no appointment. Kaycee was my service girl of the day! She was truely awesome. She keep on top of my repair as soon as I got there. She told me $1200. To repair and I said I couldn't fix it. She went right to her computer and found out my husband had paid for extended service. I had no idea. Then when it was going to take the day for repair, she got me a rental car to go back the 40 miles to home and get my car the next day! She went way Beyound for me and always with professionalism. She keeped me informed through-out the day and called me when it was ready for pickup. Awesome Girl! More
