Terrible experience, sales supervisor forcing a sale We came in for a test drive of a VW Tiguan as a possible alternative for our Passat TDI on a late Sunday afternoon. We test drove the vehicle and beca We came in for a test drive of a VW Tiguan as a possible alternative for our Passat TDI on a late Sunday afternoon. We test drove the vehicle and because my wife was not feeling well due to a migraine attack we want to go home and come back later date to look at a Passat, Touareg or a Golf all track wagon model. The sales supervisor was ignoring our wish and relentlessly pursued us to force a deal on the VW Tiguan. This sales supervisor acted unprofessional, hanging over the desk of the sales associate Mrs. Sheriff. He also tried to sell us a "bargain price" for window tinting and jokes, which were not to the point as we wanted to leave, but we instead felt forced to buy the car and finally we gave in as the office manager came back with a final sales attempt. He offered a price that was reasonable and the thought was let's just do it and this way we can get out quickly. The administrative office manager took a while and dazzled us with paperwork requiring numerous signatures while at the same time selling us "wonderful" term care and loss protection that we did not need and cancelled within the next 24 hours. We are honest and candid about this whole experience: it was awful and a shame for Leesburg VW(Jenkins VW) to treat long time olderVW drivers this way More
