Ms. Jessica Schwarz,the ombudsman, has the perfect personality for her responsibilities.The only negative in the process was the Sales Mgr., who shall remain nameless. He prefers talking to listening. Even when he stopped talking,some basic concepts seemed to elude his grasp. In the future I would definitely return to Jenkins VW. Incidentally, over the past fifteen years, I have shopped at three other Jenkins dealerships. Jenkins VW is a notch above the others. More

Better the second time around! After a terrible experience with our local VW dealer, where we ordered a VW Convertible but were never able to get it, or a straight answer, we gave u After a terrible experience with our local VW dealer, where we ordered a VW Convertible but were never able to get it, or a straight answer, we gave up and decided to go to Leesburg VW, as they had an extensive inventory of convertibles. Luckily, our sales rep was Sheriff Lowe. She really knew the VW convertible extremely well and helped us decide on the model we wanted. She and her management were also able to locate and deliver the model and color we wanted, even though they did not have it in their inventory. She was also most helpful helping us arrange the payment and cash flow we wanted. As a retired IBM's Director of Marketing, and a senior Sales Executive with IBM, I know salesmanship and caring when I see it, and Sheriff personified both all in a very professional, but personal, approach. She was terrific and we love our Tornado Red VW Convertible! Thanks. More
