From the moment we first made contact, all the way through driving away, we could not have asked for a better experience. We were looking for first car for our teenage daughter and VW was at the top of the list. A 2014 Beetle had just arrived in the store and Sheriff Lowe went above and beyond putting the car through a very detailed photoshoot, gathering all of the background information, and working all day to find the right price. Chris Mealor also supported Sheriff with additional details and pricing information as I came up with more questions. We were essentially buying a car sight unseen and every little detail helped. We immediately welcomed and comfortable by a friendly staff when we arrived to close the deal. We never felt pushed to a make decision and everything was upfront and matched the details we had discussed on the phone. I have purchased somewhere around 40 cars, 13 of them VW’s. I have had bad experiences and great ones over the years and would not hesitate to recommend Sheriff, Chris, and Jenkins Volkswagen to anyone looking for a car. I’ve even decided to switch my maintenance over to them as well. Give them a shot, you won’t regret it. More

Very knowledgeable I have been to a few dealerships before and non have been as knowledgeable about the cars they sell as Miguel was about the Volkswagen models I was lo I have been to a few dealerships before and non have been as knowledgeable about the cars they sell as Miguel was about the Volkswagen models I was looking at. I could tell he was passionate about the Volkswagen car brand. He was quick to answer any questions and patient when I wanted to test 2 different car models and even more patient when I was trying to decide between the two models. He did his best to get me to a payment I was comfortable with. Staff was also great. I also liked that there were some open cars so we were actually able to sit in a few before deciding on one to test drive, most dealerships you have to wait out in the sun for a bit while they go get keys just to show you the inside of the vehicle. Overall one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership. Definitely happy with my purchase, would buy from here again. More
