Purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. Sales process was very smooth but the issue was when it came to the inspection process. Within one day of taking the car home, I found that the fro Sales process was very smooth but the issue was when it came to the inspection process. Within one day of taking the car home, I found that the front brake rotors were warped and that the front brake pads were cracked. We also found that the rear tires were worn severely and cupped. I attempted to work with the used car manager but he consistently wanted to tell me that it was against Missouri law for him to fix the items after I had signed the "WE OWE" document and those issues were not listed. The manager would not even pay attention and allow me to voice my concerns of the safety issue and attempt to come up with an amicable solution. He would not allow this customer to voice his concern properly. I strongly suggest that if anyone purchases a used vehicle from this establishment that you have it safety and operationally checked independently from their service department. More

Called yesterday and something was wrong with their phones and they kept cutting off the call. I called the service Dept and said I needed and new battery. That lady switched me to the parts Dept and t phones and they kept cutting off the call. I called the service Dept and said I needed and new battery. That lady switched me to the parts Dept and the man said, uh yeah we have a battery for your car. I asked if they would install it and he said, uh yeah and switched me to service. Same lady as before. She put me on hold a couple of times and the said Di you have a 2011 Outback. I said yes. She said hold on. The came back and said they could install it tomorrow, would that work? I said no because it’s going to be about 7 degrees out/snowing. I told her that I had been a customer for years and I would get the battery elsewhere. They are so disorganized. They used to be a great place. Not sure what has happened but I will use a different dealership. By the way, I needed the battery today, not tomorrow. More
