In the meantime, I have been supplied with a rental vehicle from Enterprise. The indemnification agreement I signed states that I may choose to have the dealership tow my car to my garage without a fee. After taking possession of the rental, I contacted the dealership to arrange the tow. The sales manager, Coranne, transferred me to another service person who referred me to Honda's national call center. He told me that the dealership's role is to "put on a smilong face while angry people call and yell at them about the scary letter they received", referring to the recall notice. I had been and remained professional, so I found the language he chose to be inappropriate. I contacted Honda directly and they told me that the dealership should be arranging the tow for me, but since my experience was so poor they took my request. However, they did tell me that it would be resolved more quickly through the dealership. The next day (today, 4/6/16) I called the dealership again, hoping they could take care of towing my vehicle, as stated in the agreement I signed. I spoke with the service manager again and she said that I would need to personally deliver proof of ownership before providing a tow service. I asked her if I could e-mail proof of ownership and she said no. I asked her why and she said "just because". I then asked to speak with her manager, but I was transferred back to her own voicemail. I called the dealership again and left a voicemail with the sales manager an hour ago. I have been inconvenienced by this recall through no fault of my own. Additionally, I have had a terrible customer experience. Lee's Summit Honda should abide by the agreement I signed and tow the potentially dangerous vehicle to my home. The treatment I have received reflects poorly not only on the dealership, but the Honda brand as a whole. More
Not honest I called the service department before I took my car to the service for replacing timing belt and water pump. They told me a wrong price over the phone $100 less. My mechanic gave me a slightly less estimate but he had to order the parts from Honda and because of the waiting time I decided to go to Honda. If I knew they are going to charge me $100 more, I would have taken my car to my mechanic even if I had to wait a few more days. Honda found some issues while my car was being serviced and they charged me for the extra work for another $750. If I took it to my mechanic it was much less but I had no choice at that point. I don't belive it was a honest mistake that they gave me a lower estimate over the phone. The estimate was for Civic but not for Accord. I told them my model is Accord. VERY DISAPPOINTED. More

My deal took approximately one week to complete, and during that time, all of the guys who were working with me, never gave up. I am particularly impressed with Charbel Bichara, one of the Finance Managers. He is one smart, hardworking, classy guy, who knows financing and how to treat customers. Men and women who walk into a dealership, are just more than numbers, and Lees Summit Honda never viewed me as a set of "numbers." To them, I was a real client. I also want to thank Don and Michael who worked jointly as a team to make me a HAPPY CUSTOMER. I LOVE MY NEW HONDA CIVIC Si. Excellent Service! I have bought many cars during my lifetime. This was by far the best experience. I was treated well by their professional staff. From the moment I arrived at the dealer, until I bought my car. Even though I am a little old lady, I was treated like a princess! Was my chair comfortable, did I want something to drink...etc. I was not let alone for long periods of time while I waited and wondered where my sales person was and what was happening. I was made to feel like I was very important. I love my vehicle. It is very comfortable and with all the options. I feel very secure in it and I am sure it will take car of me this winter. I ran into another lady at the mall the other day while I was walking in and she was parking her Outback. I asked her how did it handle in the winter? She said she had it for two years so far and has not had any problem with it and it is a BEAST in the winter. Her comments made me smile. The car is great and so was the dealership! I plan on keeping it for a long time. I am very proud of it and also I am enjoying all the options that make it so comfortable and fun to drive. Importantly I also feel very safe in this vehicle. More
