This is Scott Lee, General Manager at Lee Nissan. My family has owned and operated our automotive corporation since 1949. As a local business in this area for going on 66 years, we take pride in respecting our local community, our customers, and especially those who sacrifice for our freedom serving in the armed forces. While we agree with some of your version of the events, we disagree with others, With all do respect to you and your daughter (the customer), we disagree that any rights were violated or that we took advantage of anyone. My General Sales Manager John McQuaig (25+ year employee) followed up with the customers within minutes of when we received notice of your review and were told this was not an accurate account of what occurred, that the repairs were in fact authorized and that we didn't need to do anything further. We were told that he in fact had authority to authorize the repairs. When I followed up my service team, I was told that they both had come in together to pay the bill with no complaint. If the customers would like to contact me to discuss any of this, I will be happy to visit and personally address any of their concerns with them. I assure you there is nothing more important to my family in regards to our business than our customers having truly exceptional experiences at Lee Nissan.

Hello, I am Scott Lee, General Manager here at Lee Nissan. First I would like to apologize about your experience with us during your first time here. I assure you my family's goal is to provide you a truly exceptional experience. I have located and reviewed what I believe to be your signed requested services estimate and the final billing. As far as the dirt inside, we do have some packages that include vacuuming the interior and upgraded washes. However when one of these packages is not chosen we provide a complimentary wash to hopefully return every vehicle to it's owner a little cleaner than when it came to us. This complimentary wash is done using a spot free water system that does not require drying. I apologize that that all of this wasn't explained properly at the time of check in and delivery. I would like the opportunity to discuss your signed estimate, billing and other concerns with you either in person or over the phone to hopefully regain your trust in our dealership.
