Nissan Titan lasted 120k miles, then the transmission failed. They tell you it’s backed with a 1million mile warranty when they sell it you. I even purchased the 6k dollar extended warranty at purchase. failed. They tell you it’s backed with a 1million mile warranty when they sell it you. I even purchased the 6k dollar extended warranty at purchase. Then when it breaks down they refuse to fix it and offer you a 4k dollar repair bill. When did it start being okay to lie and cheat customers who have spent 40- 50k dollars with you. I am disgusted with Lee Nissan and regret buying a truck from them. It was definitely the last one. We were out of town on vacation and our alternator went out on my 2007 Nissan Murano. From the moment we contacted Lee Nissan we were treated with great customer service in diagnosing and fixing the proble out on my 2007 Nissan Murano. From the moment we contacted Lee Nissan we were treated with great customer service in diagnosing and fixing the problem. The dealership provided complimentary customer transportation getting us to and from our hotel and the man who drove us was so friendly and helpful! Everyone at the dealership was very aware of the check-out time at the hotel and made sure to get us picked up on time. I highly recommend this dealership and we are truly blessed that our car went out close to this dealership. My car is now fixed and drove like a brand new car on the 500+ miles back home. Thank you to ALL of the certified Nissan service team, staff, complementary driver, and Kat! We will never forget how you all calmed our nerves and got our car back up and running! More
